D and Peiperl M. A 2003, pg-419), which applicable for both the company and their clients. The plan was designed for the firm that has to take on business ethics practice within the organization which is economically viable as well as socially responsible and environmentally sound. Moreover it also encouraged clients to apply the same values and PwC would volunteer to be held responsible for a worldwide group of stakeholders – their partners, staff, clients, suppliers and the communities in which they controlled. However, implement a whole new strategy adopted by the company, hard work and determination was a very important role to be exercised by the members of the group. In addition, the members were also required to be enthusiastic, creative and ambitious to achieve their goals. Considering different parties involved to the new strategy networking was another important issue that could be considered to make everyone understand the efficiency. According to Jick T. D and Peiperl M. A (2003), each member of the group had good experience with strategic management for being involved for long period in management in other organization, which helps the members to figure out the necessity of a strategy to be considered based on the vision, objectives and goals of the company. PwC is a very big company and it was beyond their thoughts before they actually got selected to the company and it was very hard for the members to communicate with each others to get help and authorization to implement the new strategy. Therefore, it is very important to have good communication skill and teamwork because it helped the trio to find the right path to consider and implement it. Shaw and his colleagues work together day and nights continuously with an agreement that if one of them was down, the others will pull him or her up. This teamwork proved to be one of their best assets in the time to come. After working continuously day and nights the trio could not put the new strategy in action but they didn’t loose their motivation and keep working and their creativity figured out the link to hit and achieve their goal and finally apply the concept not only in PwC also adopted by other large organization in the world. Therefore, to be successful it is very important to have a personal characteristics, attitudes, qualities and teamwork and most important motivation.
